• Time: Registration starts at 7:00 am, with shot gun start promptly at 8:00 am.
• Location: Ratliff Ranch Golf Links, 7500 N Grandview Ave., Odessa, TX  79765
• Dress Code: Please remember to wear appropriate golf attire and shoes.
• This is a 4-Man Scramble Golf Tournament.  Teams of four players work together to achieve the best possible score on each hole. After each shot, the team selects the best shot and all players hit from that spot. This format encourages collaboration, camaraderie, and a whole lot of fun! 

  
  Mulligans:

• This year, we are happy to announce that we will be selling a mulligan for $20/team or $5/player (only 1 mulligan per person).  A mulligan is a second chance to perform an action, usually after the first chance went wrong through bad luck or a blunder. Its best-known use is in golf, whereby it refers to a player being allowed, only informally, to replay a stroke, although that is against the formal rules of golf. 
  
  Buy A Birdie and/or Buy A Drive:
• “Buy A Birdie” at one of the designed holes for $20/team.  
• ‘Buy A Drive” at one of the designated Par 5 holes for $20/team.  If you buy a drive, then you get to move up 200 yards in the Tee box.
  
  Prize Packages:
• Get ready to aim for greatness on the course and compete for the chance to win some incredible rewards. There are fantastic prize packages for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place! There will also be special prize packages for other contests, such as closest to the pin, the longest drive, the highest team score (last place) and a lot of chances to win some great prizes from local businesses.  These prizes are not just tokens of appreciation; they’re a testament to your skill, teamwork, and dedication to our cause. Whether you’re striving for victory or simply enjoying a day of golfing fun, there’s something special waiting for our top teams.

  
  Door Prizes:

• Your name will be automatically be entered into a raffle for special door prizes that have been donated.  During lunch, please be sure to check the tables and see if your name is on an item.   If so, you win it!
   

  Lunch:

• After a day of friendly competition on the course, we invite you to join us for a well-deserved and delicious lunch featuring a Taco Bar with all the fixings! It’s the perfect opportunity to unwind, share stories from the day, and celebrate our collective efforts in support of a great cause. 

  
  Silent Auction:

• We are delighted to announce that D’s Sport & Memorabilia will be hosting an exclusive silent auction following our golf tournament! Prepare to embark on a journey through a treasure trove of sports memorabilia, collectibles, and unique items sure to captivate enthusiasts of all ages.
   
  Participating in the silent auction is both thrilling and straightforward. Simply browse the items on display, place your bids discreetly on the bid sheets provided, and monitor your favorite pieces closely. At the end of the auction, the highest bidder for each item will claim their prize.

What to Bring:

Here’s a quick reminder of what to bring to ensure you’re fully prepared:

1. Golf Clubs: Please remember to bring your own set of golf clubs.

2. Golf Attire: Dress comfortably in appropriate golf attire. This typically includes collared shirts, golf pants or shorts, and golf shoes. Don’t forget to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.

3. Sun Protection: Protect yourself from the sun by bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Stay hydrated throughout the day by bringing a refillable water bottle.

4. Golf Accessories: Consider bringing additional golf accessories such as gloves, tees, balls, and ball markers. A golf towel can also come in handy for keeping your equipment clean and dry.
